Business Presentations are an Avista specialty, and we have experience assisting with presentations for 5 up to 250 people. We have a wide variety of LCD Projectors up to 3,000 lumens, screens up to 12 feet, and our screen skirting ensures a professional look and feel. Our extensive selection of Audio Gear includes tabletop and wireless microphones, mixers and speaker systems that can handle a wide variety of presentation and meeting demands (single speaker, roundtable panel discussion, audience Q&A, etc.). Need somebody to deliver, pickup, setup and/or operate the equipment? We've selected equipment that is easy to operate, but for more complicated presentation or meeting needs, we have skilled technicians and can provide some or all of these services.
Legal Presentations require many of the same AV needs as business presentations, but Avista also offers a range of Visualizers (also called Elmos) that provide opaque projection capabilities. These projectors are used in several legal settings where a non-transparent object has to have its image projected for an audience.
