Avista’s Audience Response Systems (ARS) let you engage your audience, extract demographic or other data, or quiz their knowledge on previously presented material, all on a real-time basis using individual wireless polling devices. Avista uses the latest technology from Fleetwood, and its industry leading Reply System hardware technology. We also use display software designed by Communications Technology Inc., a recognized leader in the ARS field.

• Simultaneous Language Interpretation Systems

Full A/V support for meetings requiring simultaneous translation of a presenter into one or more languages for your audience. Avista uses high quality interpretation gear from Williams Sound. Avista technicians are available for pre-event consultation, on-site support, and any post-event services required.

Our language interpretation systems can also be used in assisted listening situations, wherein specific hard of hearing audience members can choose to listen to your speaker via a headset.

• Teleprompter Systems

Avista offers a range of teleprompters for live and recorded presentations. Our customers have access to camera-mounted teleprompters, presidential style teleprompters, and floor-mounted display teleprompters.
