events large and small. With Avista's full service support, we deliver, setup, operate, and remove the rental gear at the
end of your event. Avista make your event look and sound great, while you focus on the rest of your event, resting easy
knowing that the A/V works without a hitch!
Depending on how complex your audio video needs are, an Avista Technician can visit the site of your event a few days or
weeks before your event to determine the best gear to meet your needs. Avista has provided full service support for thousands
of personal, business events, including weddings, bar mitzvah's, birthday parties, anniversary parties, business meetings, and
product launches, to name just a few. Often we already know the best configuration for your venue, as Avista has setup events
at a large number of popular San Francisco Bay Area restaurants, hotels, clubs, churches, wineries and other venues.
Avista Audio Video Conference Services
Avista Audio Video Conference Services, our sister division, provides full service AV support for large multi-session
conferences, business and legal meetings, and additionally offers the following specialized services: teleprompter services,
simultaneous language interpretation systems, audience response voting systems, event webcasting, audio/video recording
services, and more. Avista AV Conference Services also has extensive experience offering a range of services to pharmaceutical
companies and others in the medical industry, and can provide support for everything from pharmaceutical dinner meetings to

Our technician(s) will arrive on time, well in advance of the start of your event.
- Experience
All Avista Technicians have significant experience and/or technical training in audio and video equipment and operation, and are extremely familiar with Avista gear.
- Professional
All Avista gear is neatly setup, with all cables taped down for safety and appearance. Avista Technicians are happy to accommodate any dress code requirement and will always be professional and accommodating to you and your guests.
- 24/7 Availability
Avista is capable of handling almost all evening and weekend events.
Call or email with your event details, and we can send you a quote including our full service option. Weekday technician rates are generally $50/hour, evening and weekend rates slightly higher.
