We have served Contra Costa county for over 7 years with great AV rentals, including outdoor movie rentals, karaoke system rentals, sound systems, projectors, screens and more. This location primarily serves individual customers, for do-it-yourself AV for weddings, bar mitzvahs and personal parties. For more substantial AV needs, including full service delivery and setup of corporate, nonprofit and personal events, we service customers from our San Francisco and San Jose office/warehouse locations.

Clayton, working with Rick (who was mysteriously absent for our photo shoot) manages the day-to-day operations of our Walnut Creek/Pleasant Hill location.



If you are picking up your rental from our office, we're just off the 680 Freeway, a few exits north of the 24. Allow for 30 minutes so we show you everything you need to know about your equipment and to answer any questions you have. 



Avista produces events throughout the Western U.S. However, for consumer and smaller events, our Bay Area offices generally serve north to Santa Rosa, East to Sacramento, and south to Monterey.
