(San Francisco, CA) My wedding was in a week when I realized I needed a sound system! I did quick research, and found Avista's iPlay system. It was the right price, and honestly the precise system with the simplicity I sought. The reservation was fast and easy, and the folks working in the Hunters Point office seemed to really love their job and were a pleasure to work with and talk to. They also provide pretty much any other A/V equipment you could possibly need! Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back if I need A/V equipment again!

(Los Angeles, CA) Justin ran AV at our wedding at Grand Park (DTLA) and did a phenomenal job. He and the team went above and beyond for us, noticing little things I didn't plan for like a lack of lights on the dance floor or needing wireless instead of wired mics, and just made them happen on the spot. At some point, my laptop died and my charger was missing from the bag. Justin quickly plugged his phone in and kept the music going while a couple friends went to get the cable. They also stayed a while longer than we asked and let us keep dancing late into the night. It was unanimous amongst our friends and family that the event was amongst the most memorable and fun they've had at any wedding, thanks in large part to the great time and quick adjustments Justin and the team provided.

(Santa Cruz, CA) I rented a speaker & mic system for my wedding, and the value (what I got for what I paid) was EXCELLENT.  Additionally, the customer service I received was top notch!  The employees were friendly and taught me how to setup & tear-down everything.  They were also very accommodating to my requests for a special weekend drop-off.  I cannot recommend Avista highly enough because not only do they rent high-quality equipment, they also treat their customers like human beings.  The next time I have a special event and need audio gear, they will be the first company I call.

(San Francisco) I recently was in a jam and needed to rent wireless microphones. I called around different places and ended up at Avista. A Les was very welcoming explaining the rental process and Tony demonstrated how to use the equipment. They both reassured me that if I needed assistance that I could call and they would walk me through the process over the phone. Luckily I didn't have to make that phone call. Reasonably priced, easy location to get to and the best customer service. I would use them again.
